A cutting-edge, multi-purpose community offering residential, commercial, and leisure spaces. With seven towers and 525 units ranging from studios to four-bedroom apartments, Pixel fosters creativity and collaboration. Construction began in 2019, with completion expected in Q4 2021. Prices start at AED 618,000.

AlJurf – Sahel Al Emarat (Between Abu Dhabi and Dubai) 

A serene coastal destination featuring marinas, villas, hotels, wellness resorts, and a cultural museum. Phase one includes 292 residential units, with villas starting at AED 3.7 million. The project offers private and public beaches, mosques, restaurants, and educational facilities. First phase completion was expected in Q2 2023.

Nudra – Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi 

An exclusive beachfront villa community offering 37 ultra-luxury units with options from 3 to 7 bedrooms. Villas come with private gardens, pools, and premium finishes. Amenities include infinity pools, tennis courts, and a residents’ clubhouse. Starting prices begin at AED 8.4 million.

Makers District – Abu Dhabi 

Designed in collaboration with award-winning Dutch firm MVRDV, Makers District is a vibrant destination tailored for creatives and entrepreneurs. It includes 3,700 residential units, a waterfront hotel, and collaborative workspaces, aiming to redefine urban living.

Alburouj – Cairo, Egypt
